We aim to save you money by negotiating with suppliers and we guarantee to pass on all UK supplier discounts to you in full. This means you can be confident we are recommending the suppliers we feel are best suited to your requirements, rather than those offering the highest commission.

Full Design & Coordination is our most comprehensive service, covering every aspect of your wedding. From the initial design right through to decorating the venue and on the day coordination, you can relax and enjoy your day while we ensure that every little detail is taken care of on your behalf.

For many couples, one of the most stressful elements of planning a wedding is how to set a realistic budget and then stick to it. It can seem as if the minute you mention the word ‘wedding’ to a supplier the price suddenly doubles! With our extensive experience in budget setting and management, we can help to get you on track and more importantly - keep you there.
We can help you to set an initial budget and cost up each element of the day to build up a total budget figure. Alternatively, if you have already decided what your total budget will be, we can help you to decide how best to allocate it among the various costs.

The venue is one of the most critical elements of your day, as it sets the scene for your wedding. Sourcing reliable and high quality suppliers can be very time consuming. Using our contacts within the industry, we can help you to find any suppliers you are having trouble locating yourself. We have agreements in place with numerous suppliers of wedding products and services who offer discounts to clients of Snapdragon Weddings, therefore as well as saving you time we can save you money too!

Holding your wedding reception in a marquee or village hall can be the perfect solution for many couples, as there can be far fewer restrictions than at other venues, leaving you free to choose your own outside suppliers and party till you drop! However all the planning, coordination and decoration is also down to you and it can be a mammoth task.
We are able to combine various elements of other services to create a bespoke package for you, giving you as much support as you need with your planning, in the run up to your wedding and on the day itself.
Typically, this would include sourcing a number of suppliers for you, coordinating their arrival and set up at your venue, decorating your reception venue so that it looks exactly as you have imagined on the day, and ensuring that your wedding day runs seamlessly. We aim to take the pressure off you, your family and friends, leaving you free to relax and enjoy yourselves. Many couples find the savings they make through our supplier sourcing service, are the icing on the cake!

Every couple wants their venue to look exactly as they have imagined on their big day. However, at many venues it is simply not possible to set up the day before. We will take the time to completely understand your vision and then achieve it for you.

After all your hard work and planning, you want to know that your wedding will be the perfect day you have been imagining. You will also want to relax and enjoy the day with your family and friends. We can offer you the comfort of knowing that your day is being professionally but discreetly managed.
We will remain in the background on the day, liaising with suppliers and ensuring that everything goes according to plan. If any issues arise on the day, we will be there to deal with them calmly and efficiently.

Hen and stag events are becoming increasingly extravagant, often lasting a weekend, with both daytime and evening activities and requiring transport and accommodation for a large group. If you are too busy planning the big day but your friends lack the organisational skills or time to pull together your ideal hen or stag party, let us use our expertise to help you and your friends enjoy a weekend to remember!
For hen and stag parties, we can work with you in two different ways:
Working with your attendants has the advantage that you are removing the time consuming chores of research, coordinating diaries and making bookings from them, whilst still leaving them in control of the events (or as much control as you are happy for them to have!). You will still have the element of surprise, yet you can be assured your event is being well organised.

This service is designed for couples who want to handle everything themselves but just need a bit of advice along the way. It could be some ideas about how to get started with the planning, or maybe you have got stuck with a specific issue. We can get involved at any point during the planning and get you back on track.
The fee for this service is £35 per hour.
